Course description

Blooming Plants Structure And Form section, we will examine flowering plants. These organisms are made out of an underground root system and an overground shoot system. Tissues are the collection of cells that have a common origin and common function. The plant tissues are classified into two main types based on their capacity to divide: meristematic tissue and permanent tissue. Plant cells are shaped at meristems, and after that form into cell types which are grouped into tissues. Plants have just three tissue types: 1) Dermal 2) Ground and 3) Vascular.
