Course description

A body is said to have uniform acceleration if it travels in a straight path in a straight way so that its velocity changes at a uniform rate. i.e. , the speed of the body increments or diminishes by equivalent sums in an equal intervals of time. The rate of motion can be determined by measuring the distance traveled in unit time. This is referred to as speed. It makes more sense if we mention the direction of motion along with its speed to define rate of motion. This quantity is called velocity, which is given by the displacement per unit time. The motion of an openly falling body is a case of uniform acceleration.
